We are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our Group functions in Helsinki.

We are currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our Group functions in Helsinki. We are offering you a fixed-term contract until January 2023, due to parental leave. The open position can be entered either as an employee or freelancer, full or part-time.

What you'll be doing

Your primary responsibility is the overall coordination and implementation of the Group sustainability strategy and associated policies. As our sustainability manager, you will serve as a first point-of-contact for requests, ideas, and opportunity identification pertaining to our key impact areas (energy, carbon waste, wellbeing, health & safety, and community).

The work scope will include:

  • Responsibility for the management of the annual sustainability data collection and Corporate Sustainability (GRI) reporting and other regular sustainability reporting e.g., TETS.
  • Acting as a contact person of LEED certificates (including Volume Program), and other sustainability related certificates.
  • Developing, providing, and delivering internal and external communication with regards to sustainability topics
  • Driving sustainability and environmental projects in close cooperation with the Group real state team, our business units and external stakeholders.

You will be a self-starter with excellent project management skills. Besides your result-driven and problem-solving attitude, you possess strong analytical and structured working methods. Ideally you have professional experience in similar tasks and knowledge of reporting under the GRI framework and other current sustainability reporting requirements and regulation updates

Playing an important role assisting several stakeholders and business units in all our operating countries, you will need great communication skills, both in Finnish and English.

Earlier experience in investor environment is an asset.
