About this office space
The office space is divided into a semi-public and a non-public section with controlled access for receiving guests. In the semi-public area, in addition to coat racks, there are three meeting rooms (for 4-10 people), restroom facilities, and access to a cozy cafeteria. On the non-public side, there is open workspace, two rooms of 16 square meters each, a phone booth, restroom facilities, a large IT room, and storage space. The open workspace can be configured into different-sized rooms or team rooms as needed. There is an internal connection to Hermia 11 building, which offers lobby services, a lunch restaurant, meeting facilities, and a gym. Hermia campus also features a grocery store and a fitness center.
