All-inclusive meeting rooms in Vantaa

On our Aviapolis campus, you can hold meetings, training sessions, seminars and events right next to Helsinki Airport. Our meeting services are available to everyone.

Fuji, a meeting room for up to eight people, is conveniently located on the first floor of the building, the popular Everest meeting room is particularly suitable for video conferencing, and the versatile Akropolis 1 meeting room can hold 30–72 people, depending on whether the room is arranged like classroom, in the shape of the letter U or with rows of chairs. The room can also be combined with the Akropolis 2 meeting room, in which case the combined spaces can hold more than 140 participants.

On the top floor of the Aviapolis building, you will find the fantastic Finlandia sauna space, where you can hold events for up to 30 people. In the sauna space, your group can enjoy the fireplace, and the equipment also includes high-quality AV technology. You will also have access to a barbecue and dining area. The windows of the sauna space offer views of the airport, and the spacious roof terrace provides fantastic views over Vantaa.

Impressive spaces and a wide range of services

The Aviapolis campus has more than 20 meeting rooms of various sizes that suit different needs. The smallest meeting rooms are designed for four people and are a great choice for team days and workshops, for example. Our largest seminar rooms can accommodate up to 150 participants. Our modern and impressive spaces provide a great setting for training and coaching sessions, and they are also well suited for events that take place as livestreams or webinars. In the seminar rooms, you will always have access to a comprehensive range of AV technology.

All of our spaces have free high-speed wireless internet access, an LCD screen or a video projector and a flip chart.

The campus’ light-filled common area is located next to the seminar rooms and can be rented for events. In addition, the MIN Aviapolis restaurant can be used to hold an event or dinner for up to 300 people. For all your events, you can get high-quality, delicious catering according to your wishes from the Aviapolis campus’ restaurant.

The Aviapolis campus has excellent transport links

The Technopolis Aviapolis campus is located only 700 metres from the airport. The campus can be reached easily by train or car, and several bus routes are operated in the area. In addition, the campus has excellent parking facilities.
