All-inclusive meeting rooms in Oulu

Technopolis’ four campuses in Oulu offer a diverse range of meeting rooms for events of all sizes. In our popular meeting rooms, you can hold meetings, workshops and events for customers as well as large events with hundreds of participants. Our stylish and popular sauna spaces are particularly suitable for more relaxed events.

The Peltola campus has the adaptable Silfvan meeting room, which is ideal for training events. The sauna and meeting space Suomi on the Linnanmaa campus is a favourite for team days, and meetings with customers and smaller meetings can be held in the Lukkarinen meeting room on the Kontinkangas campus, which accommodates up to eight people. The Reykjavik space is located in the city centre of Oulu on the Ydinkeskusta campus, and its equipment is particularly suitable for hybrid meetings. The meeting room has ceiling microphones, a large screen and a camera, among other things. The space’s comfortable sauna area and roof terrace with a fantastic view of the city centre of Oulu offer additional opportunities.

A wide range of services and delicious catering

Technopolis has more than 40 meeting rooms in Oulu, including five auditoriums, six sauna spaces and various seminar rooms and classrooms. The restaurant spaces can be used to hold events for up to 1,200 guests. Our highly professional reception services are available at all campuses.

All meeting rooms have high-speed wireless internet access, a screen or a video projector and a flip chart. Some of the rooms also have streaming capability, for which we will provide a separate quote.

Can you truly have a successful meeting without high-quality catering? The restaurants on our campuses offer a wide range of catering services for all events. The catering can be tailored to the nature of the event and your wishes: you can choose from a range of savoury and sweet foods as well as beverages. Lunch can be served in the meeting room, or you can visit a campus restaurant for lunch.

All campuses have great transport links

All of our campuses in Oulu have good transport links and are located a short distance from the city centre. The Ydinkeskusta campus is located right in the city centre of Oulu, about a kilometre from the railway station and the bus station. The Peltola campus is also located near the city centre, about two kilometres from the railway station.

The Kontinkangas campus is easy to reach by car and public transport. The campus is located next to Oulu University Hospital, just two kilometres from the city centre. You can get to the Linnanmaa campus via the motorway in about 10 minutes from the city centre and in about 20 minutes from the airport. All campuses have excellent parking facilities.
