Homely Graniitti is located in the 6th floor and including big terrace. Graniitti can be booked for meetings between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. based on hourly usage. For evening events with sauna option Graniitti can be booked between 4 p.m. and 12 p.m with fixed price (355 € + VAT). The fixed price includes also toiletries, towels and basic cleaning after the event. High-quality catering services are available for additional order.

In the summer, you are welcome to eat on their rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. There is also a self-service kiosk in the main lobby of Kiviharjunlenkki 1A that sells tasty snacks, pastries, soda, and sweet treats.
