Technopolis Gasperich offers flexible office spaces in a great location, just five kilometers from the city center of Luxembourg. The campus is situated in the developing business district of Cloche d’Or, known for major corporate headquarters and European Union institutions.
The campus is easily accessible by car and offers excellent parking facilities. It’s located next to the highway ring road, which provides superb connections to key cities across Luxembourg and neighboring countries. The airport is just 13 kilometres away. A Park and Ride facility with 1,824 spaces is a 5-minute walk away, and parking there is free for a day. This Park and Ride is also served by the tram. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the campus and the Luxembourg’s central railway station can be reached in about 10 minutes by bus.

Our office spaces can be tailored to suit your needs: to support hybrid work, encourage collaboration, or be fully customized to meet high-security standards or serve as a customer service area or a showroom. Our in-house design team is at your service.
In addition, on the campus you’ll find great meeting rooms for organizing events and meetings, especially the seminar and event space Eero.
