Technopolis Otaniemi’s international business hub is an inspiring setting for meetings, and our popular meeting rooms are available to everyone. From training days and workshops to events for customers, you can host a wide range of events in the campus’ versatile meeting rooms.

Our meeting rooms are suitable for events of all sizes. The Messier meeting room, which can hold up to eight people, has large windows that make the space bright and spacious. The adaptable Hippocrates meeting room is a great choice for both meetings and cocktail events. The campus’ stylish Leonardo auditorium can comfortably accommodate more than 100 people. The auditorium can be used for seminars, training and coaching sessions, webinars and even film screenings.

The Otaniemi campus is also a great place to host more casual events. The campus has five top-floor sauna spaces, each offering stunning views over Espoo. The sauna spaces have high-quality AV technology, as well as a fireplace and, in some cases, a barbecue area and a roof terrace to make the space even more enjoyable.

A wide range of services and well-equipped meeting rooms

The Otaniemi campus’ Innopoli 1, 2 and 3 buildings have more than 30 different meeting and conference rooms, which are suitable for everything from small meetings to Christmas parties and from events for customers to product launch events. All of our meeting rooms in Espoo have free high-speed wireless internet access, a screen or a video projector and a flip chart. Some of the rooms also have streaming capability, for which we will provide a separate quote.

Getting to the Espoo campus is easy

The Otaniemi campus is located close to Aalto University and has good public transport links by metro, tram and bus. You can easily get to Otaniemi by car via Ring I.
