Technopolis Ruoholahti’s modern and light-filled meeting rooms provide a comfortable setting for meetings, training sessions, seminars and events. Many of the rooms offer a fantastic view of the sea, creating an inspiring atmosphere for meetings and events.

Our meeting rooms in Ruoholahti are suitable for events of all sizes. The Coco meeting room is a great choice for team days, the popular Smith meeting room works well for training events and the Mill meeting room suits cocktail events, for example. Ruoholahti campus’ spacious atrium, Valopiha, can also be rented for events. In addition, it is easy to hold livestreams and webinars in our spaces.

The Ruoholahti campus has nearly 20 different meeting rooms, which are suitable for events ranging from small meetings to celebrations and even multi-day conferences. Our reception service will assist you on campus and guide your guests to the right meeting room, if necessary.

All of our meeting rooms in Helsinki have free high-speed wireless internet access, a screen or a video projector and a flip chart. Some of the rooms also have streaming capability, for which we will provide a separate quote.

Can you truly have a successful meeting without high-quality catering? The restaurants on the campus offer a wide range of catering services for all events. The catering can be tailored to the nature of the event and your wishes: you can choose from a range of savoury and sweet foods as well as beverages. If you wish, lunch can be served in the meeting room, or you can visit a campus restaurant for lunch.

The Technopolis Ruoholahti campus is easily accessible by metro, tram and bus. The campus is located along the Länsiväylä motorway, about a 10-minute drive from the city centre. There is plenty of parking space in the parking garage.
