CrossFit is a mix between weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance aiming to develop many physical abilities. You will be initiated by Damien Matias, CrossFit Coach for 8 years.

Yin Yoga is a practice inspired by ancestral yoga, with multiple benefits for the body and mind. Positions are easy to do and follow. Relaxation guaranteed!
