During the past 10 years Chris has been supporting elite level athletes in various sports, including Formula 1, International and Premier League football, Tour level tennis and golf, Olympic disciplines and UCI ProTour cycling, as well as a number of blue chip corporate organisations including Goldman Sachs, Samsung, IFS, McKinsey & Laing O’Rourke.
His way of coaching is driven by a belief that through a better understanding of the mind and behaviour, those who need to perform consistently at the highest level gain a distinct advantage. One of Chris’ biggest strengths is his skill of turning theory and scientific research into accessible and relevant practice for his clients.
