Actemium chose Technopolis Ullevi as the home of its new office space

The newly established business unit, Actemium Göteborg Engineering, settled into its new premises at Technopolis Ullevi last spring. The new office space, spanning an area of 347 square meters, is a way to accommodate Actemium’s expansion and provide a place where all consultants have the opportunity to use a workspace when they are in the office.

“For us, it’s important that all employees, even those who are not in the office daily, such as those working at customer sites, have their own workspace for the times they are actually in the office. We also needed room to grow,” says Nebojsa Curcic, Business Unit Manager at Actemium Engineering.

Established in March 2022, Actemium Göteborg Engineering is a new business unit and part of the French parent company, Vinci Energies. With a primary focus on consulting services in the industrial sector, they specialize in areas such as electrical and instrument design, programming, and project management within the industrial and process plant sector. When the new business unit was looking for new premises, location, size, and comprehensive service offerings including reception, mail handling, cleaning, garage, and parking were the most important factors. At the same time, they saw it as a significant bonus to be in the company of other businesses.

For Technopolis, Actemium’s move is further evidence that they succeeded in meeting customer demand and needs. Being able to offer services that allow customers to adapt and design their premises according to their specific needs is an integral part of Technopolis’ business.

“We are always proud and happy to welcome a new tenant to our campus. As a company, Actemium is in an exciting phase, and it is a pleasure to be a part of their journey,” says Johan Herner, Business Unit Director at Technopolis Ullevi in Gothenburg.
