First customer secured as Technopolis launches new office concept at its Kista campus
Aurevia will become the first customer of the Five Star concept, a new office concept launching at the Technopolis Kista campus this autumn.

Technopolis has signed a two-year lease agreement with Aurevia for a 200 m² office at its campus in Kista.
Aurevia is a life science consultancy currently based elsewhere in Kista. The company plans to move into Technopolis at the end of August, with 14 employees relocating.
The new office will serve as a workspace for consultants when they are not at client sites, as well as a hub for internal meetings.
“The space met our need for our own private office while also giving us access to shared areas and meeting rooms. Price and availability also played an important role,” says Anna-Karin Alm, CEO of Aurevia.
Five Star is a move-in-ready office concept at the Kista campus, offering private office spaces ranging from 100 to 200 m². In addition to their own space, customers have access to shared services such as a kitchen and lounge. The rent also includes services such as coffee, reception, meeting rooms and cleaning. Customers can choose to use their own furniture, furnish the space through Technopolis’ comprehensive selection, or combine the two.
The concept differs from Technopolis’ existing HUB solution by offering larger private office spaces and more flexibility to tailor the premises to business needs.
“We have seen increasing demand for mid-sized offices that are ready for quick move-in. That’s why we developed this concept. Interest in the concept has been positive even ahead of the launch,” says Yusrizal Ibrahim, Key Account Manager at Technopolis Kista.
The concept is currently available only at the Kista campus, and Technopolis sees potential to develop it further in the future.
