“This year we are opening a new Nova office building and starting a reconstruction of Beta, therefore Linas’ long term experience in real estate sales will allow us to strengthen our position in the office rental market even more at this unusual time. In 2021, together with our customers, we are creatively focused on finding common solutions, our goal is to help businesses adapt to the new environment. Therefore, the Technopolis’ philosophy that the office is more than squares is extremely relevant this year – together with the new head of sales, we will continue developing our variety of customer services by filling it with relevant innovations,” says Lina Maskoliune, the Business Unit Director of Technopolis in Vilnius.
For almost 15 years Linas Savickas worked for the largest real estate development and construction companies, YIT Kausta and Darnu Group. In recent years, Linas has focused exclusively on commercial and office premises.
“Technopolis is a step up in my career – I am joining the team of a commercial real estate market leader. I will be glad to not only face the professional opportunities and challenges in a company that manages the largest office space, but also to join the work culture itself – horizontal decision–making and a democratic culture that is open to ideas and full of preconditions for creative solutions. I want to turn the current market uncertainty into opportunities, and to demonstrate, how much value office services can generate for companies in these exciting times,” says Linas Savickas, the new Head of Sales of Technopolis.
