Technopolis and ARE to extend partnership – ARE provides facility services for over sixty properties
The shared workspace expert Technopolis and building services company ARE have agreed to further extend their partnership to cover the maintenance and facility services of all Technopolis properties in Finland. Cooperation continues in Oulu and launches in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Tampere at the turn of the year. The expanding partnership advances Technopolis' energy efficiency goals without making any compromises on conditions on the premises or user satisfaction.
The use of office spaces is in transition. Companies have increasingly high requirements for eco-friendliness, quality, technology, and flexibility of their office space. The newly extended cooperation between Technopolis and ARE begins on January 1, 2023, at all Technopolis campuses in Finland.
