Technopolis divests Technopolis Ozas campus in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are pleased to announce that Technopolis has signed an agreement to sell the Technopolis Ozas campus in Vilnius, Lithuania, to Lords LB Asset Management.
The gross leasable area of the campus is approximately 106,000 square metres. Once the transaction has been completed, Technopolis Lithuania business operations will be fully owned by Lords LB Asset Management.
The Ozas campus in Vilnius consists of six different office buildings and is located next to Ozas Park in northern Vilnius. Technopolis has owned the Ozas campus since 2013, and there are more than 140 customers on campus today.
