Technopolis HUB Kista 90 percent leased – Nores among the latest to move in
Technopolis continues to fill up its new HUB in Kista. One of the latest tenants to move in is the purchasing organization Nores, which chose Technopolis based on a recommendation from its Norwegian network.
“We have moved into beautiful, newly renovated premises – a pleasant environment that provides us with both room for expansion and a strategic location with good transport connections to our members. We look forward to continuing Nores’ development here,” says Malin Hägglöv, membership director at Nores Sweden.
In the popular Technopolis HUB small office area companies have their own private offices and shared services at their disposal.
Nores is a memberowned purchasing organization for the hotel, restaurant, and catering market in Sweden and Norway. The company was founded in 1968 and has more than 1,200 member companies with an annual purchasing volume of over four billion SEK.
The company helps its members work in a structured way with purchasing, supplier agreements, and cost control. This makes Nores a relevant player at a time when many companies in the hospitality sector need better oversight of both costs and purchasing flows.
