Technopolis invests in a large seminar room in Gårda to meet increased demand
More and more companies are seeking to have larger meeting spaces available near their offices rather than incorporating them into their own offices, as they are only used sporadically and take up a lot of space. This is why workspace expert Technopolis is now expanding its offering in Gothenburg.
A seminar room with space for up to a hundred people was recently opened on its Ullevi campus in the Gårda neighbourhood. This new meeting room is available to both existing customers and other companies operating in the area, who need a large space for meetings or events. As part of the development of new meeting spaces, the campus café has also been modernised.
"We are delighted to finally be able to open the doors to the seminar room. We know that many of our customers value access to this type of space, located close to their offices. Being able to rent larger meeting rooms when needed offers a more cost- and space-efficient solution, while at the same time giving our customers the opportunity to stay within the same property. The seminar room enables us to meet this demand – both for our customers, and for other companies," says Johanna Bergendahl, Key Account Manager at Technopolis.
The new seminar room offers customers a flexible space that can be adapted to the needs of each company. Larger meetings, events and conferences are all possible here, in an inspiring environment with modern and practical AV equipment.
The location of the seminar room at the heart of the campus and just off the modernised café, offers the opportunity for a whole new kind of meeting experience within the campus. Here, companies can meet and talk privately while also benefiting from space for breaks in the café’s beautiful atrium.
