Technopolis signs long-term agreement with Rapid Säkerhet
Rapid Säkerhet will establish its new office on the Technopolis campus in Kista in Stockholm. The agreement between the companies encompasses an office space of just over 1,400 square meters and runs for ten years.

The big picture looked promising – proximity to our customers, the design and potential of the premises, and the flexibility of Technopolis and its various services. We also believe that the location is favorable and that together we can contribute to making the area even more attractive. Most importantly, our presence will contribute to increased safety and security for the whole of Kista,” says Mats Adman, CEO of Rapid Säkerhet.
“We've been in Kista for almost 1,5 years now, and the campus is gradually filling up, demonstrating the demand for flexible office space solutions with services. We're thrilled to welcome Rapid to our campus,” says Anders Lindskog, Senior Asset Manager at Technopolis Kista in Stockholm.
Rapid Säkerhet will move into Technopolis' premises of just over 1,400 square meters by the end of the year. The ten-year contract is a significant deal for Technopolis. Rapid’s long-term approach to the agreement is also proof that Technopolis is sensitive and flexible in managing and supporting its customers for a longer period of time.
In addition to the new lease agreement, Rapid will also be appointed as Technopolis' new security partner in Kista.
