The sale of Technopolis’ majority share in Technopolis Ülemiste campus has been completed

We are pleased to announce that the sale of Technopolis’ majority share in the Technopolis Ülemiste campus in Tallinn, Estonia, to Mainor Ülemiste AS has now been completed. This follows the agreement that Technopolis entered into in February to sell its majority share in the Technopolis Ülemiste campus to Mainor Ülemiste AS.

"Through consistent development of the campus over the years, we successfully responded to the evolving needs of our customers. Selling our majority share aligns with our strategy and long-term plans. With this announcement, we mark the closure of the transaction,” says Niko Pulli, CEO of Technopolis.

Technopolis acquired the majority share of the Ülemiste campus in 2010, and there are more than 190 customers on campus today.
