The transaction to sell Technopolis Ullevi campus has been completed
We are pleased to announce that the sale of the Technopolis Ullevi campus in Gothenburg, Sweden, to Alecta Fastigheter has now been completed. This follows the agreement that Technopolis entered into a couple of weeks ago.
“Over the past decade, we have developed the Technopolis Ullevi campus into a modern, multi‑tenanted campus that serves a wide range of businesses. The campus is well established, and we are pleased to pass it on to a new owner for its next phase,” says Niko Pulli, CEO of Technopolis.
Located in the Gårda district, adjacent to Ullevi Stadium, the gross leasable area of the campus is approximately 28,500 square metres. Technopolis acquired the Ullevi campus in 2016.
