UMA Workspace has divested its operations in Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark

UMA Workspace has divested its operations in three workspaces in Stockholm (UMA Götgatsbacken, UMA Solna Strand and UMA Kungsbron) to United Spaces, a Stockholm based coworking company. Also, in Copenhagen, UMA Workspace divested its UMA Rådhuspladsen operations to the Danish company Ordnung ApS. Both operations have been transferred to the new owners on 01.03.2021.

United Spaces has been offering full service coworking concept for over 20 years and has operations in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala and at Arlanda Airport. Ordnung ApS is a serviced office chain with 12 office hotels in Denmark. Ordnung has been providing coworking spaces since 2011.

UMA Workspace is Technopolis’ coworking concept, which was established in 2016, and is operating in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region. With these divestments Technopolis will concentrate on its core business and service concept; to own, develop its real properties and maintain efficiency and high quality in customer experience.
