UMA Workspace to sell its operations in Estonia and Lithuania

UMA Workspace has reached an agreement with Workland Estonia OÜ, an Estonian workspace provider, to sell its operations in Estonia and Lithuania (UMA Maakri (EE) and UMA GO9 (LT). Workland is the largest network of flexible fully serviced offices & coworking spaces in the Baltics. The operations have been transferred to the new owner on July 22, 2021.

Earlier this year, UMA Workspace divested its operations in Denmark, Finland and Sweden and closed down its operations in Norway. With these divestments Technopolis will concentrate on its core business and service concept; to own, develop its campuses and maintain efficiency and high quality in customer experience.
