All-inclusive meeting rooms in Espoo

Technopolis’ meeting rooms in Espoo are located on our Otaniemi campus, which is next to Aalto University and can be easily accessed by the Ring I road and metro. There’s no shortage of options on our Espoo campus, as the Innopoli 1, 2, and 3 buildings have over 30 different types of meeting and conference rooms between them. Most of these spaces are flexible and can be modified to enable social distancing.

It’s simple to arrange hybrid meetings in rooms of all sizes on our Espoo campus, as well as implement live streams and webinars into your events. All of the meeting rooms are equipped with WLAN, LCD screens or data projectors, and flip charts. Our spaces include an auditorium that is ideal for big groups of up to 108 people, and a seminar hall that can hold up to 200 people. You can also host private evening events in our three restaurant halls.

If you want to host a private event in one of our cozy, modern saunas then that’s an option too. The saunas are kitted out with log fires and modern electronics, and the spaces include rooftop terraces that offer great views of Otaniemi. High-quality catering is also available on our Espoo campus, with the food supplied by our excellent restaurants for your daytime or evening events.
