Technopolis Espoo – Seminar rooms next to Aalto University
Our seminar rooms in Espoo are located on Otaniemi campus, which is situated right next to Aalto University and along the Ring I road. The Espoo campus offers great public transport connections as well as being very accessible by car, thanks to its close proximity to Aalto University metro station and various bus stops. There will also be a tram route running alongside the campus in the near future.
The range of seminar rooms at Technopolis Espoo are capable of hosting hybrid meetings and can be customized to enable social distancing. You can host seminars, workshops, training and coaching sessions, webinars, and other other events in our seminar rooms, while you’re always able to use the AV equipment to incorporate live streams into your events. The seminar rooms vary in size, with our biggest space being a seminar hall that can hold up to 200 people.
There’s plenty of parking space if you’re arriving by car, while parking is also free if you’re hosting a larger meeting. When you arrive at the Espoo campus, you will notice the impressive lobby beside the seminar rooms. We offer a range of lobby services, and one of our main lobbies can also be rented out for catered events. Our great selection of restaurants provide the catering service, which is available in all of our seminar rooms.
