All-inclusive meeting rooms in Stockholm

Technopolis Stockholm is located in the heart of Sweden’s largest business district Kista. The campus features modern and stylish meeting rooms suitable for team meetings, workshops, and seminars.

On our campus you will find the Nobel seminar room, an ideal venue for versatile events with up to 49 participants. For smaller groups, Meeting Room Celsius with equipment for hybrid meetings is designed for up to eight people and is well suited for executive meetings or client meetings.

Our professional staff is there to support you with all your meeting arrangements, and technical support is available whenever needed.

All meeting rooms are fully equipped with everything required for a productive meeting, including AV screens, whiteboards, and fast Wi‑Fi connections. Two of the rooms are also well suited for hybrid meetings.

You can order food and beverages for your meetings from our delicious catering menu. We offer a variety of sweet and savoury options, and the catering can be tailored to your preferences.

Easy access from the city center and the airport

Technopolis Kista is located in northern Stockholm, conveniently between Stockholm city centre and Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The campus is easily accessible by car via the E4 and E18 highways. Public transport connections are equally convenient: the nearest metro station is just a six minute walk away, and several bus stops are located nearby, including the airport bus.
