Technopolis Vantaa – Seminars rooms next to Helsinki-Vantaa airport
Our seminar rooms in Vantaa are located on Aviapolis campus, which is conveniently located next to Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Not only does this make the campus easily accessible for your international visitors, but it’s close proximity to Aviapolis station means that it’s also fast to travel to Helsinki city center. If you’re traveling by car, that’s no problem either: You’ll find plenty of parking space on this campus.
The selection of seminar rooms on our Vantaa campus are suitable for hosting hybrid meetings and can always be modified to enable social distancing. You can host training and coaching sessions, workshops, and other business events in our seminar rooms, while you’re always able to use the AV equipment to incorporate webinars and live streams into your events. The seminar rooms vary in size, with the largest holding up to 150 people.
On the Vantaa campus, you will notice the beautiful lobby that’s adjacent to the seminar rooms. We offer a large range of conference services, and the lobby can also be rented out for fully catered events. Our top campus restaurant provides the catering service, which is available in all of seminar rooms and meeting spaces.
