Parking
Innopoli 1 & 2:
The guest parking lot is located between Innopoli 1 and Innopoli 2 (address: Tekniikantie 12-14). A parking fee is charged on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Parking must be paid in advance at the payment machines according to the tariff and the vehicle’s registration number is registered at the payment machine. The payment options at the payment machines include coins as well as credit and debit cards. ParkMan and EasyPark mobile payment services are also accepted. The parking lot is limited and the parking spaces cannot be booked in advance. Parking can be paid at the two payment machines outside of the Innopoli buildings or by mobile payment. Parking fee for guests 1,10€ per hour or 8€ per day
Innopoli 3:
Guest parking is in front of the B building on the upper deck. The first 2 hours are free of charge, after that the charge is 1,10€/hour. Parking charges are applicable on weekdays between 8 am and 4 pm. Payments can be made through the ParkMan and EasyPark applications. Additionally, if needed, extra guest parking is available in the Maarinranta yard parking opposite the property, across Vaisalantie road. The number of parking spaces is limited, and reservations cannot be made in advance.
Innopoli 4:
The VTT guest parking area is in front of the VTT Future Hub building. Guests will get the parking permit right from VTT’s information desk.
By tram
You can reach our campus by taking light rail line 15. The nearest stop is Maari.
By metro
Technopolis Otaniemi campus is easily accessible by the metro. Take the metro to the Aalto University station. Please use the station’s western exit (Tietotie).
Accessibility
Innopoli 1
Accessible entrance address: Tekniikantie 12, at the back of the building on the ring-road side at door B. The accessible entrance is at ground level and the door can be opened by calling the reception service.
At the main entrance there are only stairs with handrails on both sides.
In the parking area there are three accessible parking spaces: two near the main entrance and one at the back of the building close to the accessible entrance.
Accessible parking spaces are marked with an upright sign displaying the wheelchair symbol.
Innopoli 2
The main entrance has a long ramp. There are handrails on both sides of the ramp. The entrance doors are at least 85 cm wide.
There is one accessible parking space in the parking area.
Innopoli 3
The main entrance for visitors is in building B. The address is Vaisalantie 4.
In front of each building, near the entrance, there is an accessible parking space. Accessible parking spaces are marked with an upright sign displaying the wheelchair symbol. The route from the accessible parking spaces to the entrance is accessible, meaning it is gently sloped and even.
