A selection of attractive meeting rooms can be found on this campus, as well as catering services for meetings, seminars, training sessions, and events. Many of our spaces are also suitable for hybrid or online meetings and events.

Designated parking spaces are available for your company at Technopolis. Parking spaces are situated outside, infront of the buildings. Electric vehicle charging stations are available at Elektroniikkatie 9, 10, and 11. The Oulu city bike “Sykkeli” station is located next to Elektroniikkatie 8 building.

We often hear that our reception service is the one thing that our customers value the most. Our professional staff do everything they can to make your life easier, including welcoming guests and informing you of their arrival, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail.

The overall security and access control policies are handled by our security partners and reception services.

As an additional service, we can answer your phone calls when you are unavailable. The switchboard service is provided by our partner Benemen and is available in Finnish and English.

You can discover coffee shops and top restaurants run by passionate chefs on our campus. All coffee shops and restaurants are open from morning until late afternoon.

You can find a total of six restaurants on Linnanmaa campus that serve up a great combination of familiar and international dishes. MIN Smarthouse at Elektroniikkatie 8 offers an ample buffet for lovers of vegan food that’s known as “Wicked Rabbit”, while there’s also tasty “MIN Chef” and Nordic buffet options. The other restaurants are Garden at Teknologiantie 1, Elektra at Elektroniikkatie 2, Louhi at Elektroniikkatie 3, Valo at Elektroniikkatie 6, and Galaksi at Elektroniikkatie 10. Most of the restaurants at Linnanmaa also provide self-service kiosks.

Locker rooms and showers are available to everyone working on this campus.

Clean offices and shared spaces are key to a comfortable and pleasant working environment. Monthly cleaning is a standard at our campuses, but you are welcome to select additional cleaning services on top of that.

In addition to offices and shared spaces, the rest of the indoor and outdoor areas on our campus are always well maintained.

Salon Tari hair salon and barbershop, massage therapist Ville Ohtonen, and SH Esthetics filler clinic. Also, Teknologiakylän dental practice is located at Tutkijantie 4B.
