Services at Ülemiste

A total of 20 meeting rooms and two conference centers can be found on this campus. Öpik building has nine meeting rooms, with the largest holding up to 180 people. Another nine meeting rooms can be found in Zapp conference center, while there’s two smaller rooms in Schmidt and Palm buildings. Catering services from Dvigatel, MIN Bowl, and Fredo restaurants are offered in all meeting rooms.

Designated parking spaces are available for your company at Technopolis. Outdoor parking is available from EuroPark, while the indoor parking lots hold up to 1,300 vehicles and are organized by Technopolis. Parking availability at Ülemiste City can be checked here in real time. Parking spaces for motorbikes and Bikeep bicycles are widely available at Ülemiste City, in addition to electric vehicle charging stations.

We often hear that our reception service is the one thing that our customers value the most. You can find reception or virtual reception services in most buildings. Reception services at Ülemiste City include dry cleaning, mail, printing, scanning, laminating, copying, office supplies, and conference booking. You can also arrange matters related to parking, keys, and access cards with reception.

The overall security and access control policies are handled by our security partners and reception services.

Printing, copying, and scanning documents is simple on our campus, just contact the reception.

You can discover coffee shops and top restaurants run by passionate chefs on our campus. All coffee shops and restaurants are open from morning until late afternoon.

You can take your pick from a total of 11 different restaurants on this campus. All lunch offers are available to view here.

Technopolis’ restaurants are as follows: Dylan Ülemiste is a diner that serves honest, homecooked meals in a setting that’s ideal for big groups; MIN Bowl is the right choice if you fancy Asian cuisine or an indulgent dessert; Gala Sushi is a Japanese sushi restaurant; and Selver is a grocery store that offers warm takeaway food and salads. There are also two R-Kiosks on this campus that offer great options on the go.

There’s other restaurants at Ülemiste City, too: Nuudel dishes up spicy and authentic Thai food; Fredo is known for its sushi days, poke bowls and homemade meals; Tramm nr 4 is a pub and taproom with great lunch offers that’s open until late; Pomo is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria; Nuface serves authentic Chinese noodle and dumpling dishes; AIRO offers budget-friendly, homemade food; and Plus Cafe is another great place to stop by for homemade lunches.

Stay in shape by visiting the modern, well-equipped gyms on this campus. It’s easy to drop by before or after your workday, or even during your lunch break.

On this campus there’s a MyFitness gym with a pool, stretching area, and selection of fitness classes, plus an outdoor gym next to Sepapaja 5 that everyone is welcome to use. There’s an indoor beach house with six volleyball courts on Ülemiste campus, as well as plenty of table tennis tables and an outdoor basketball area.

Most buildings on Ülemiste campus have locker rooms and showers.

You can find beauty and health services a few minutes from your office at this campus.

Body Harmony is a beauty studio that offers manicures, pedicures, and other cosmetic services. Liilia is a hair salon and beauty studio that you can also visit for a range of pampering services. In addition, Truman barbershop and The Now massage therapy studio can be found at Ülemiste City.

Clean offices and shared spaces are key to a comfortable and pleasant working environment. Monthly cleaning is a standard at our campuses, but you are welcome to select additional cleaning services on top of that.

In addition to offices and shared spaces, the rest of the indoor and outdoor areas on our campus are always well maintained.

Get involved with a lively community of different companies and professionals. Networking is encouraged by regular business and social events organized by Technopolis.

There’s constantly something going on at Ülemiste City. The range of events that Technopolis is part of includes street food Tuesdays, Business Triathlons, indoor volleyball cups, and table tennis tournaments. On top of that, there’s the events Technopolis hosts like Business Breakfasts, Nordic Business Forums, and Wellness Talks. More information about events can be found here.

Inglilill florist can be found in Ülemiste Health Center and another flower shop is based in Selver.

Advertising on LED screens:
Technopolis Ülemiste office buildings have LED screens that display advertisements and important information about what is happening in Ülemiste City.

The screens are located in the lobby of the buildings and can be seen by more than 5,000 people a day. There are 6 commercials on the air at a time, with a maximum length of 10 seconds.

The screens are located in: Lõõtsa 1a, Lõõtsa 2a and 2b, Lõõtsa 4, Lõõtsa 5, Lõõtsa 6 (restaurant Dvigatel), Lõõtsa 8 and Lõõtsa 12 office buildings and in the A and C towers of the Lõõtsa 8a office building.
