The address of the parking is Ratapihankatu 51. There are 100 spaces for guest parking at street level in the P1 area and 150 spaces in the P2 parking garage. Parking is chargeable 24/7. There is a space/full sign on the wall of the property, which indicates whether there are free parking spaces in the P2 hall for visitors. Hall /P2 carage is accessed via the boom. There is parking control in the area 24/7.

P1 area street level

P1 area for guest parking is located in Ratapihankatu 51 and the seats are located at street level in the P1 area. Street level parking must be paid for in advance when parking begins and the accepted payment methods are ticket machine (most common payment cards) and Moovy, EasyPark and ParkMan parking applications – the parker must ensure that the application is running and address is correct.

In the P1 area, 18 electric parking spaces that operate with the separately downloadable eParking application. In addition to the charging fee, you must pay the parking fee.

P2 area parking garage, driving through the boom

Parking garage is located in Ratapihakatu 51 and is always accessed via boom. The parking garage has space on 3 floors.

Moovy starts parking automatically and parking is paid when leaving either in the Moovy application or with a ticket machine. You can pay with the most common payment cards at the payment machine.

It is recommended to install the Moovy application in advance.

When the property is closed, pedestrian access to the property takes place with the door code in the Moovy application in the D-stairway, which is located opposite the Lapland Hotel’s entrance (see map).

Charging Electric Vehicles in P1 and P2 Parking Areas

In the P1 area, which is at street level, there are 40 slow charging points at the heating poles. Additionally, there are two type 2 charging points at street level. The charging points operate with the eParking app. In addition to the charging fee, a parking fee must be paid.

In the P2 area, guest electric vehicle spots are located on level -1 of the garage (see map). There are 24 slow schuko charging spots. Additionally, on level -1 of the garage, there are four type 2 charging points located next to the D staircase. All charging points operate with the eParking app. In addition to the charging fee, a parking fee must be paid.

The named charging spots located in level -1 between B- and C-buildings of the parking garage is only permitted for tenants of the property who have made an agreement.

Night and Weekend Contract Parking

A parking permit for night and weekend parking in the P2 parking garage can be obtained by purchasing the “Technopolis Yliopistonrinne Night and Weekend Contract Parking” product from the Moovy app store. Detailed information and prices can be found in the Moovy app store.
