Parking and Payment
The parking garage uses license plate recognition. Parking starts automatically based on the vehicle’s registration number upon entry. Read more about parking: Moovy camera-based parking.

You can pay for parking:

• With the Moovy app (recommended)
• By card at the payment machine
• Online within 48 hours after parking

We recommend downloading the Moovy app in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Please note: Other parking apps (e.g. EasyPark or ParkMan) cannot be used at this location.

Parking Fees 2026 (incl. VAT)

• Per starting hour: €3.20 / h
• Per day: €25.00

Access to Nokia Arena or Lapland Hotels
Technopolis P-Yliopistonrinne is located right next to Nokia Arena – the hotel can be accessed directly across the street.

Hockey Parking 2026–2027
A discounted parking product is available for Ilves and Tappara match visitors, purchasable via the Moovy app.

Access from the Parking Garage
When the building is closed, access is available using a door code found in the Moovy app.
The entrance is located at staircase D (opposite the main entrance of Lapland Hotels).

Electric Vehicle Charging
Charging is operated and paid via the eParking app, while parking is paid separately via the Moovy app. Current charging fees can be viewed in the eParking app.

Ground level:

• 40 slow charging points (engine heater posts at the entry level)
• 2 Type 2 charging points

Level -1:

• 24 Schuko charging points
• 4 Type 2 charging points

Please note: Some charging spaces are reserved for contract customers and are marked with reserved signs.

A permit for night and weekend parking can be purchased from the Moovy app store:
