KeyPlants moves in with their first choice Technopolis Ullevi

One of Sweden's leading suppliers of production facilities, KeyPlants, is now moving into its newly renovated premises at Technopolis Ullevi in Gothenburg. Like for many of Technopolis' customers, it was the inspiring environment as well as the range of services, sense of professionalism and customer orientation that were crucial when KeyPlants chose Technopolis.

"We had already been in contact with Technopolis a few years ago, and now that it was time for us to move to new premises, Technopolis quickly became our first choice. We are so happy to finally move into our new premises, and we feel that Technopolis has been very supportive of us and our business, says Lars-Gunnar Wallenius, Design Manager at KeyPlants.

KeyPlants is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of production facilities, mainly for the life science industry. With customers around the world, from the largest pharmaceutical companies to small start-ups, they create conventional and prefabricated modules for different types of productions.

"We are proud to be KeyPlants' first choice, and as always, we’re very happy to have new tenants. For us, this is clear proof that we are succeeding in our mission as the expert in shared office space. And we look forward to keeping developing our business, and our service offering and strengthening our position as a leading player in the market,” says Johan Herner, Business Unit Director at Technopolis Ullevi in Gothenburg.

Technopolis Ullevi, which recently changed its name from Gårda, is today almost full of several leading brands and companies. Last fall, Technopolis also opened its new customizable HUB to smaller teams and companies. The HUB has also been almost completely leased for some time.
