The transaction to sell Technopolis Lithuania operations has been completed
The Ozas campus in Vilnius consists of six different office buildings and is located next to Ozas Park in northern Vilnius.
We are pleased to announce that the sale of the Technopolis Ozas campus in Lithuania to Lords LB Asset Management has now been completed. This follows the agreement that Technopolis entered into a few months ago to sell all of its Technopolis Lithuania business operations to Lords LB Asset Management.

Our choice to sell reflects our dedication to our strategic goals and long-term plans. With this announcement, we confirm the completion of the deal," says Niko Pulli, CEO of Technopolis.
Technopolis acquired the Ozas campus in 2013.
