All-inclusive meeting rooms in Vantaa

Our meeting rooms in Vantaa are located on Aviapolis campus, which is known for its great location next to Helsinki-Vantaa aiport and vibrant, international atmosphere. You can host traditional or hybrid meetings in spaces of all sizes on this campus, while incorporating live streaming and webinars into your events is always possible. Spaces can also be easily modified to enable social distancing.

All of the meeting rooms on our Vantaa campus are equipped with WLAN, LCD screens or data projectors, and flip charts. As well as meeting rooms, there are customizable seminar rooms at Aviapolis. If you want to host a larger seminar or party for over 140 people, we are more than happy to combine the spaces at Akropolis 1 and 2 in order to accommodate you. You can also arrange events for up to 300 people or a festive dinner in the private restaurant hall of the MIN Aviapolis restaurant.

Why not organize a special event at one of the private saunas at Vantaa campus? Not only are the saunas equipped with grills and dining areas, they also lead on to rooftop terraces that offer gorgeous views over the city of Vantaa. High-quality catering is also available here, with the food supplied by our excellent restaurant that offers a selection of savory and sweet dishes.
