"I am passionate about tackling the stress epidemic in the modern workplace. After four years in management consulting, I was co-founder and COO of Fifth Corner Inc., a health technology company that offered a scalable, personalized coaching service to help knowledge workers build routines for balance, stress reduction and high performance. Fifth Corner Inc. was acquired by Hintsa in 2019, whereupon I joined as COO. I am working on my doctoral dissertation on the evolution of knowledge work in Aalto University’s Future of Work research group. My book proposal on stress in the workplace won the Financial Times Bracken Bower prize for best business book proposal in 2016.
At Hintsa I focus on building our global operations – with measurable impact and human interactions at the heart. I also play a role in content development – from designing our content offering to delivering keynotes to writing opinion pieces. I am especially interested in trends in the workplace, stress and burnout, and work/life questions. I am an avid reader and writer. I love good copy. If I can put something into an excel sheet, I will. My life outside work are mainly spent with my husband and two kids."
