Until now, the rules of work have been clear. Before Covid, the rule was to come into the office. During Covid, the rule was to stay at home. Now with hybrid work, the rules are ambiguous. How often should we go to the office? What days? For what meetings? What do we keep, what do we change?
This requires immense adaptability and openness from us as individuals. Chris Gooder, performance psychologist at Hintsa Performance, will talk about resilience and how to, very practically, face this era of change:
- The science of resilience: How can we withstand and perform under pressure, and what are some practical tips for bouncing back from setbacks and changes?
- How to shift your mindset along with shifts in the external world?
- Concrete ways to change your behavior and become more adaptable
Speaker: Chris Gooder
- Performance Psychologist at Hintsa Performance
Chris is a Performance Psychologist with a double degree - first in Psychology from the University of Manchester, and later a Master's in Sports & Exercise Psychology from Brunel University.
Chris is fascinated by the question: How do top performing individuals and teams withstand and perform under extreme pressure? What can we learn from that?
In pursuit of answers to that question, Chris has worked with clients spanning from the Arsenal Football club in Singapore, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and a wide range of elite athletes in tennis, golf, Formula 1, and football.
