In today’s world of ever-faster change, having mental resilience is more important than ever. Resilience can help you perform under pressure and overcome even greater obstacles in your life. As a current or as a future leader, your role will focus on managing paradoxes – seemingly conflicting but needed goals – like profit vs. purpose and change vs. stability.

This session provides a leader’s guide to understanding the ‘silent pandemic’ among employees and leaders, the science of stress and the recipe of sustainably high performance.

In this session, Hintsa Performance Coach and psychology professor Neil Buchanan will provide tools and approaches for:

  • Identifying your own “stress tells” and optimising both your and your teams mental recovery
  • Finding “positive stress” through focus and chronotype
  • A few practical tools and ideas for leading wellbeing in your team and organisation.
