A new co-working space UMA GO9 in downtown Vilnius will be filled with Nordic motifs of nature
On the top floor of a premium shopping center GO9 more than 2,000 square meters co-working space UMA GO9 will be opened this summer. Nordic aesthetics and functionality will be equipped with 230 different workstations: 36 private offices fitting teams up to 15 people, over 70 open-type workstations in a co-working open space, 6 modern meeting rooms, a common space with a coffee area and outdoor terraces for relaxation.
UMA Workspace network, run by a Finnish company Technopolis, is located in the Northern European and Baltic Sea regions. One membership allows to use all network spaces and expand office boundaries to many centers of European cities, including Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Warsaw, Tallinn and other.
Nature and wood will dominate the interior
The interior of UMA GO9 will be filled with Nordic nature elements harmonically combined with ergonomic furniture and funcional layout of the space. Natural wood will dominate in the area for couple of reasons: helping to create warm, cozy and homely feeling but also dividing the space. Wooden space deviders will act like a green walls.
An impressive number of live greenery will be integrated in the area at UMA GO9. Over 20 bigger and around 70 smaller diffrent plants will be integrated in the interior, letting members of the space to concentrate and relax better, ensuring naturally balanced air conditions.
According to Lina Maskoliūnė, Head of Technopolis in Lithuania, special attention is paid to the installation of workplaces within each UMA unit. Each workstation will be equipped with furniture that meets the three main criteria of UMA Workspace concept: functional and ergonomic, allowing everyone to feel comfortable mobile and efficient.
“Members of our team are constantly visiting furniture and interior exhibitions around Europe and are looking for the latest ideas that meet UMA Workspace concept. UMA GO9 will have electronic height-adjustable work desks and chairs, as well as a Neurosonic divan, where you will be able to rest and recharge. Everything is made of high quality, long lasting, durable materials. This is something that really differentiates us from our competitors,” says Maskoliūnė.
Full-serviced workspace 24/7
UMA GO9 open workstations will be available at any time of the day on any day of the week for members. With the help of UMA App, users will be able to make a virtual reservations for meeting rooms, unlock doors and to sign up for weekly events.
Each member will be able to have their company mailbox and storage locker. There will be special phone booths and lounge areas.
Membership will provide all services that are needed to focus on companies‘ core businesses: secure internet access, print and scan services, highest quality coffee and tea service, invitations to join community events, networking sessions.
An unallocated workplace with a service package will cost 230 euros per month + VAT. Dedicated workplace monthly costs 300 eur + VAT. Private office prices for a person will range from 320-500 eur / month + VAT. Each member will be able to contact a UMA Workspace Community Manager during office hours to assist in resolving any issues.
Response to growing demand
Although the reservation for UMA GO9 has just begun, there has already been a lot of interest. The most active are those, who efficiently manage their resources: growing startups and businesses who need flexibility in number of workstations and conditions, single professionals with network access across the Europe.
