All-inclusive meeting rooms in Tampere

The three Technopolis campuses in Tampere offer a wide range of options for organising events. Two of our campuses are located in the city centre of Tampere, and one campus is located in Hervanta. We have stylish saunas and auditoriums for larger events, as well as small and compact meeting rooms for team days or meetings with customers – all of our meeting rooms are available to book.

Located in the city centre of Tampere, the modern Aava sauna space on the Asemakeskus campus offers a fantastic setting for events for customers, management team meetings and strategy days. The 12-person meeting room next to the sauna space can be used as an additional space and is ideal for group work or workshops, for example.

Located next to Nokia Arena, the Yliopistonrinne campus also has the stylish Kansleri sauna space, which can be adapted to accommodate 60 people in the evening. The Yliopistonrinne campus’ Häggman seminar room is popular and can hold up to 150 participants. The Yliopistonrinne conference centre is very popular among local businesses.

On the Hermia campus in Hervanta, the large curved window wall of the spectacular Auditorium Hermia provides light and a view towards Hermiankatu. The bright 12-person Altto meeting room is conveniently located on the Hermia campus next to the reception service and the restaurant and is a popular choice for various types of meetings.

The three campuses in Tampere have as many as 25 versatile meeting rooms, which are suitable for everything from meetings with customers and training sessions to team days and management team meetings. You can hold more relaxed events in the fantastic sauna spaces of the Asemakeskus and Yliopistonrinne campuses.

All of our meeting rooms in Tampere have free high-speed wireless internet access, a screen or a video projector and a flip chart. Some of the rooms also have streaming capability, for which we will provide a separate quote.

The restaurants on campus offer catering that suits your event. There is a wide range of savoury and sweet options, and the catering can be tailored to your preferences. Lunch can be served in the meeting room, or you can visit our comfortable restaurants for lunch.

Meeting rooms in the most central locations in Tampere

All of Tampere’s campuses have excellent transport links. The Yliopistonrinne and Asemakeskus campuses are located in the city centre of Tampere, and both are less than a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Technopolis Hermia, located next to the university in the Hervanta area, is easy to reach by car from all directions thanks to the ring road and motorway. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the campus from the city centre of Tampere. Hermia has excellent public transport links. For example, there is a tram stop right in front of the Hermia 15 building. All campuses also have excellent car parking facilities.
