Technopolis Hermia

You can find Technopolis Hermia in the vibrant district of Hervanta, next to VTT Technical Research Center of Finland and Tampere University. The Hermia campus is home to numerous companies in various fields, such as

• for technology companies that need a laboratory and high-quality office space, and that benefit from the proximity of Tampere University of Technology and the recruitment opportunities it brings,
• for companies focusing on consulting and for sales teams, and maintenance professionals who visit customers a lot, and therefore need a functioning base with excellent location and parking facilities,
• for companies who have call centers or backend functions that need a location that is more affordable than the city center, and which is easy to access by public transportation and by own car, and there are high-quality services available.

The campus is located less than 9 km from Tampere city center and is easily accessible thanks to excellent public transport connections. Tram stops right in front of our Hermia 15 building. You can easily reach Hermia by car from the ring road and motorway in Tampere, and it takes only about 15 minutes to get to Hermia from the city center. There are plenty of reasonably priced parking spaces available for our customers at Hermia campus.

From our campus, you will find also a small office area, Technopolis HUB, which consists of 62 smaller offices for teams of up to 12 people. In total there is 39,000 sqm of space for growing businesses at Technopolis Hermia.

In addition to high-quality office space, you will notice a large variety of meeting rooms and two different-sized Linkosuo restaurants on the campus. There is also a grocery store, Liikku fitness center, and other services nearby that customers can make use of. Customers are also welcome to get involved with regular networking events that are organized by Technopolis at Tampere.
