All-inclusive meeting rooms in Oulu

The four Oulu campuses offer the largest selection of meeting rooms in the city and a unique business environment for our customers. You can find modern spaces for meetings, training sessions, sauna evenings, and larger events that involve hundreds of participants. There are over 40 meeting rooms and conference spaces in total, including four auditoriums, six saunas, seminar rooms, multiple classrooms for training sessions, and stylish restaurants and dining halls that can host events of up to 1,200 people.

You can organize hybrid meetings in many of our Oulu meeting rooms, and if you want your events to meet social distancing requirements that is never a problem. Food is also available at any time from our excellent campus restaurants, which offers a full catering service.

It’s easy to travel to the four Oulu campuses by car and public transport. Free parking spaces for meeting customers available at Linnanmaa. Together, we offer meeting rooms of all sizes and a range of saunas for evening events. Peltola campus is a great place to host bigger events, such as exhibitions or larger seminars and workshops. Ydinkeskusta has the feeling of a luxury hotel, with its spectacular lobby, restaurant area, and stylish meeting rooms. Linnanmaa has a sauna space on the eighth floor that offers unique forest and sea views.
